About Roland Gropp

My professional career in the grinding disc production segment

  • 1997 to 2005 grinding disc production and development in cooperation with MAHLKÖNIG (including development and production of grinding discs made of solid carbide; development of the grinding disc EK43)
  • 2005 to 2010 production manager at MAHLKÖNIG (including development of the K30 grinding disc)
  • 2010 to 2018 operations manager and authorized signatory of the company MAHLKÖNIG Technologies (among other things responsible for the construction of a new production hall as well as the permanent optimization and automation of the grinding disc production)
  • 2018 to 2021 production manager grinding disc production at Hemro Manufacturing Germany in Hamburg

I look back on almost 40 years of professional experience in the metal and CNC machining sector, 24 of which I have devoted myself extensively to grinding disc development and grinding disc production.
